The Felt 'n' Glass website complies with the principles of the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) when dealing with all data received from visitors to the site. We only hold the data necessary to offer our products (e.g. glass pendants).

We only hold personal data for as long as necessary. Once data is no longer needed it is deleted from our files. If you delete your account then all your personal data will be deleted too.


We never sell, rent or exchange mailing lists and will not send bulk unsolicited emails, (popularly known as Spam) to email addresses.

We may send emails to existing customers or prospective customers who have enquired or registered with us, regarding items directly provided by us. All emails sent by us will be clearly marked as originating from us.

Returns

Policy Information

Returns

You have ​14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.


Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.


Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non​refundable.
